Job summary

Essentia Living Center in Fosston, Minnesota is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for evening or night shifts (2:00-10:30 pm or 10:00 pm-6:30 am, or 6:00 pm-6:30 am). The role includes every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation with generous shift differentials.

You will provide direct care, assist with hygiene and nutrition, and monitor resident safety and comfort. Ideal candidates will have nurse aide training and state registry eligibility within 4 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program.
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtain within 4 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
• Recognize changes in resident condition and report to shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Identify and report safety hazards and emergencies promptly.
