Job summary

Essentia Living Center in Fosston, Minnesota seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct care to skilled nursing residents, assisting with personal hygiene, nutrition, safety, and reporting changes to the shift nurse.

This 0.9 FTE position schedules 36 hours weekly on the evening shift, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Benefits include health insurance, dental/vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Verifiable completion of a recognized nurse aide training program.
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtained within 4 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents.
• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
• Recognize and report changes in resident condition to the shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neat environment for residents.
