Essentia Health's Benet Hall in Duluth, MN seeks a Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care, assist with personal hygiene and nutrition, and keep a safe, clean environment.

The role requires current CNA registration, 0.8 FTE, Eve/Night rotation from 2:30pm to 6:30am, weekend rotation, and holiday eligibility. You will report changes to the shift nurse and participate in maintaining resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
• Recognize aging-related changes and promptly report to shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, attractive and neat resident environment.
• Prevent abuse of vulnerable adults and maintain safety awareness.
• Identify safety hazards and initiate corrective actions.
