Qualifications

• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents and assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
• Recognize changes in resident condition and promptly report them to the shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, attractive, and neat environment for residents.
• Identify and prevent abuse of vulnerable adults in care of Essentia Health facility.
• Identify safety hazards and emergencies and initiate corrective actions.
