Responsibilities

• Greet guests and process hotel registration and transactions.
• Provide front desk service in line with brand standards.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest compliments, comments and issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments to arrange requested services.
• Prepare end-of-shift summaries and communications.
