Job summary

Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Mobile Assessor for full-time evenings. You will perform mental health assessments for contracted ERs and hospitals, determine the appropriate level of care, and triage patients to services based on risk factors.

The role requires licensure in nursing, social work, psychology, counseling, behavioral health or related field, CPR (where required), and a valid driver’s license. Experience with mobile assessment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
• Current license in state as a LPC/LMFT/LMSW/LCSW or RN.
• Current CPR, if required by a customer hospital.
