Job summary

Total Facility Care is seeking a Janitor Floater to support multiple client sites across the Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, respond to spills, and ensure each building is safe and well-maintained.

A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required. The role requires flexible availability with travel between sites, often within the same shift, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid unexpired driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• Ability to travel to Denver Metro area and Colorado Springs as needed.
• Capable of performing basic cleaning duties safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Service multiple client buildings daily with cleaning and upkeep.
• Vacuum, mop, sweep, and clean restrooms to standard.
• Respond to spills and maintain stocked supplies.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report major repairs to supervisors and keep areas secure.
