Job summary

Conagra Brands in Kent, Washington is seeking a production associate to operate and monitor mixing equipment, ensuring safe, accurate and on-schedule manufacturing. You will measure and add ingredients, enter batch data, follow GMPs, and perform routine cleaning.

The role is onsite with a shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, offering $25.00 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential and overtime as needed. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience in an industrial or food production environment.
• Experience following written instructions, recipes, or standard operating procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Willingness to work onsite and adhere to established schedules, including overtime and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment in accordance with production schedules and established procedures.
• Measure, stage, and add ingredients according to production formulas and work instructions.
• Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments within defined parameters to maintain product quality.
• Enter production, batch, and quality data into computer systems and complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance of mixing equipment.
• Follow all food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Communicate process issues, quality concerns, or equipment problems to the Production Team Leader.
• Work scheduled overtime and weekends as required to meet production demands.
