Job summary

Conagra Brands in Kent, WA is seeking a shift-based production teammate to operate and monitor mixing equipment, ensuring safe, accurate, on-schedule product output at the Kent facility.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, adjusting processes, recording data, and performing routine cleaning while adhering to safety and GMP guidelines. The role requires onsite work with overtime and weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience in an industrial or food production environment.
• Experience following written instructions, recipes, or standard operating procedures.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Willingness to work onsite and adhere to established schedules, including overtime and weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing equipment in accordance with production schedules and established procedures.
• Measure, stage, and add ingredients according to production formulas and work instructions.
• Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments within defined parameters to maintain product quality.
• Enter production, batch, and quality data into computer systems and complete required documentation accurately.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance of mixing equipment.
• Follow all food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Communicate process issues, quality concerns, or equipment problems to the Production Team Leader.
• Work scheduled overtime and weekends as required to meet production demands.
