Job summary

Conagra Brands in Kent, WA is hiring for a production/wrapper role on the night shift. You will monitor conveyor flow, adjust wrapping speeds, and ensure product quality and efficiency while performing routine line maintenance.

The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, familiarity with safety and GMP guidelines, and willingness to work overtime and weekends in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred.
• Understanding of Safety, Food Safety (SQF), and GMP.
• Ability to work safely around moving equipment and machinery.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor conveyor flow and stack products in correct quantities for wrapping.
• Adjust wrapping machine speed to maintain production flow.
• Operate and maintain centerline settings for quality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot wrapping machinery to minimize downtime.
• Remove defective products from the line and review production orders.
• Wrap products per production requirements and perform minor equipment maintenance.
• Record production data including units wrapped, size, weight, and line checks.
• Maintain a clean work area with approved cleaning chemicals.
• Collaborate with all departments to meet production demand and quality standards.
• Report food safety concerns to authorized personnel.
