• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required).
• Heartsavers CPR certification within 90 days of hire and maintained.
• Level 1 Medication Aide licensure: complete course and exam within 90 days.
• Driver's license: valid Class E Missouri or Kansas license; able to drive a 15-passenger van.
• Family Care Registry background check clearance.
• Complete orientation training within established timelines.
