Truman Medical Centers is looking for a Therapeutic Support Specialist to join our group home team in Kansas City. This part-time position involves engaging residents and helping them build essential life skills while supporting their mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Heartsavers CPR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Level 1 Medication Aide (LIMA) Licensure required.
• Driver's License: Obtain a valid Class E Missouri or Kansas driver's license.
• Successfully clear the Family Care Registry background check.
• Must be available to pick up shifts with two hours' notice.

Responsibilities
