Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Care Technician (CCT) to provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight during assigned shifts as part of our behavioral health team in Thousand Oaks, CA.

The role focuses on supporting clients’ safety, monitoring self-administration of medication, documenting observations, and assisting with admissions, discharges, and daily activities. 3PM-11PM shifts; minimum 0-4 years experience; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight during shifts.
• Monitor and oversee clients’ self-administration of medication.
• Document observations accurately and timely; notify clinical staff of changes.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily activities as directed.
• Lead or co-lead groups and support program activities as licensure allows.
