Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Care Technician (CCT) to provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during shifts, including monitoring self-administration of medications and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for long periods.
• 0-4 years experience in a program serving persons with mental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe supervision and oversight of clients.
• Monitor self-administration of medication.
• Document observations accurately and timely, reflecting changes in client condition.
• Transport clients to appointments and outings.
• Assist with admissions and discharge processes and orientation.
• Lead/Co-lead groups and support the clinical team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
