People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a part-time Mental Health Support Specialist for the Foliage House in Apple Valley, MN. You will support clients in residential programs, document interactions in the EHR, and provide crisis intervention while ensuring safety and respectful, client-centered care.

The role requires on-site presence, adherence to program policies, and participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifikationen

• GED or High School Diploma and pursuing a bachelor or associate degree in health or human services
• One year of experience working with the target population served or certification as a peer specialist
• Certified peer specialist per Minnesota Statute 256B.0615 or meet unlicensed personnel requirements
• Must earn First Aid/CPR/AED and Medication Administration certifications upon hire
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and meet driving/insurance requirements if applicable
