Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences with 2,000 hours supervised, or 4,000 hours supervised, or graduate training with clinical supervision. One opening, non-exempt status.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a behavioral science with 2,000 hours supervised experience.
• Fluency in a non-English language spoken by at least 50% of clients.
• 4,000 hours supervised experience or graduate training with clinical supervision.
• Graduate student in a behavioral science program with formal clinical training.

Responsabilidades

• Create a nurturing atmosphere that builds clients’ self-confidence and self-worth.
• Take responsibility as the main contact for assigned clients, including program development, assessment, and documentation.
• Work under the supervision of a mental health professional to deliver and document programming and clinical services.
• Engage actively with clients to foster positive social interaction.
• Maintain open and honest communication with your team promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and philosophy of Thrive Behavioral Network.
