Thrive Behavioral Network’s Nova House in Minnesota is seeking a Mental Health Rehabilitation Worker to support residents in developing self-confidence, maintain a safe living environment, and assist with daily tasks.

The role includes supervising medications, keeping medical and appointment records, and helping clients manage funds and budgeting. Evening and overnight shifts are available, with every-other-weekend work expectations.

Formación

• Mental Health Rehabilitation Workers must meet the qualifications in 245I.04 Subdv. 14 (a).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; related postsecondary coursework preferred.
• Fluency in a non-English language or cultural competence may be required depending on client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an atmosphere that stimulates clients’ development of self-confidence and self-worth.
• Supervise and be actively involved with clients to promote positive social interaction.
• Provide supervision, assistance and training to clients in meeting medical needs and medications.
• Assist clients with managing personal funds and budgeting monthly/weekly expenses.
