Job summary

Lightfully Behavioral Health in Escondido, CA is hiring Client Care Technicians (CCTs) for day and evening shifts. CCTs will provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight, including monitoring self-administration of medications and documenting client observations.

The role supports a safe, structured environment with direct client interaction and care. The position emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–4 years experience in programs serving persons with mental disabilities.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Complete First Aid Training and health screenings including TB clearance and criminal record clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support clients’ safety and well-being during shifts.
• Oversee clients’ self-administration of medication as directed.
• Document observations accurately and promptly; notify clinical staff of notable changes.
• Transport clients for outings and appointments.
• Lead or co-lead groups as licensure permits; assist with admissions and discharges.
• Provide professional, courteous service and assist in daily operations and inventory.
