Job summary

Invited is seeking a Locker Room Fitness Attendant to deliver exceptional service to members and guests while maintaining clean, organized locker rooms and common areas. This role supports the club’s welcoming environment and requires proactive engagement with members to enhance their overall experience.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager or Fitness Director, this position emphasizes safety, professionalism, and a strong work ethic in a dynamic club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience, preferably in fitness or hospitality.
• Ability to interact professionally with members and guests.
• Experience maintaining cleanliness and presentation in public spaces.
• Strong verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative attitude.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Keep locker rooms and restrooms clean, stocked, fresh, and sanitary at all times.
• Oversee daily assignments in designated areas to meet Club standards and expectations.
• Assist in housekeeping as requested.
