Job summary

Oakmont of Santa Clarita is seeking a Caregiver for memory care, part-time, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm. You will assist residents with daily living activities and provide compassionate care to promote independence and quality of life.

Requirements include being at least 18 years old and having a High School Diploma or GED; training is provided. Work with a dedicated team in a senior living community in Santa Clarita, CA, with ongoing benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and provide care.
• Clear communication with residents, families and staff.
• Background check and health screening as part of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report changes in condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.
• Support teamwork and cooperation across departments.
