Oakmont Management Group seeks a dedicated Caregiver for the Assisted Living PM shift (2-10 pm) in Santa Clarita, CA. The role focuses on personal assistance and daily care to enhance residents’ independence and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a high school diploma or GED, a genuine desire to care for the elderly, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff. Background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to train for caregiving tasks.
• Ability to interact respectfully with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass background and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living as per care plan.
• Respond promptly to residents’ needs while preserving dignity and safety.
• Report any changes in residents’ condition to a supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Support teamwork and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
