Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician/Care Provider to supervise and assist in administering medications to residents in a senior living community.

Shifts are Friday through Monday, 2pm–10pm, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision, paid time off, meals, and a 401(k) plan. The role requires collaboration with nurses, housekeepers, and maintenance staff to uphold safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Possess written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff and residents.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
