Job summary

Arden Courts of Pikesville is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) for the evening shift (3 PM to 11 PM). You will administer prescribed medications and maintain related records, and may assist residents with daily living activities as part of the Health & Wellness team.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, basic reading/writing skills, and the ability to speak English clearly. Certification is required per state regulations; prior dementia experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Skills: Basic reading/writing and ability to speak English clearly.
• Years of Experience: Knowledge and experience in working with elderly; dementia experience preferred.
• Certification: Certification required according to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and maintains related records.
• May periodically act as a Caregiver and assist residents in daily living activities.
• As a member of the Health & Wellness team, ensures resident care.
• Complies with facility policies and state regulations.
