Allendale Senior Living is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to join our team. The role focuses on safe, accurate medication administration and compassionate daily care for residents, with a 3pm–11pm full-time shift and the option to receive daily pay.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a valid Medication Technician/Aide Certification in New Jersey.
• Must also be a CNA or CHHA/HHA as required.
• Previous Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience required.
• Experience administering oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous medications required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical instructions.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Aufgaben

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders and facility policies.
• Provide medications via oral, topical, ophthalmic, and subcutaneous routes as allowed by certification.
• Observe and document residents' responses and report changes or adverse reactions to nursing staff.
• Assist with basic resident care under licensed nursing supervision.
• Ensure proper storage, security, and accounting of medications.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and related activities.
• Collaborate with the care team to promote resident-centered care and positive outcomes.
