Vitalia N Royalton in North Royalton, OH is seeking a compassionate Medication Partner to join our team. This part-time role focuses on administering medications, maintaining carts, and supporting residents with daily activities in a home-like setting.

You will need to be at least 18, certified per state guidelines, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Shifts are 7:00pm–11:00pm, with a schedule that alternates weekly. We value empathy, reliability, and teamwork in our caring community.

• Certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Must read/write/speak English with residents.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications.
• Maintain medication carts and records.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Ensure safety during assistance and transfers.
