The position offers a competitive pay range of $19 to $31.25 per hour and a schedule that includes a Thursday shift from 7:00am to 7:00pm, at Henry location in Ballwin. Benefits are available as described by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified per state guidelines and active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Mature interpersonal skills to work effectively with co-workers.
• Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward Residents.
• Able to print documents and enter information about Residents.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.
• Health screening per policy and annual TB screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper administration of medication.
• Maintain medication carts and proper recordkeeping.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
