The role requires a High School Diploma / GED and a current AHA BLS certification. Prior nursing assistant experience or clinical nursing program exposure is preferred; CNA certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma / GED.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or clinical experience from an accredited nursing program is preferred or a CNA certificate.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily patient needs including taking vital signs and providing basic nursing care.
• Monitor patient conditions and document information in the EHR with accuracy.
• Support infection control practices to maintain a safe patient environment.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
