Job summary

RWJBarnabas Health's Monmouth Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Care Technician (CCT) for the Medical Surgical Unit XI. This hourly position supports the nursing team with hands-on care and patient comfort.

You will assist with vital signs, mobility and daily activities, document in EHR, and follow infection control policies to ensure safety. BLS skills are used in emergencies and patient care planning is a collaborative effort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Previous nursing assistant experience or CNA certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living and provide nursing care including taking vital signs and assisting with bedside care.
• Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, respiration, temp) and document changes.
• Document patient information accurately in the EHR while maintaining confidentiality.
