Job summary

HealthPartners is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist for Regions Hospital Laboratory in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will join a collaborative team in a newly remodeled lab, performing essential tests and supporting patient safety across several hospitals and clinics.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related fields, and experience in training personnel is a plus. The benefits package includes medical/dental insurance, a 401K plan, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biology, or other science related field.
• Participate in training new personnel and any student clinical rotations.
• Assist in the implementation of methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests in the assigned section.
• Support efficiency and patient safety by developing lab information systems.
• Assist with directing personnel by serving as a charge tech.
