Job summary

Trinity Health in Muskegon, MI seeks a MLT Registered Tech for evening shift responsibilities. You will perform diverse laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology and blood bank, document results, and support physicians in diagnosis and treatment.

The role requires an Associates degree with lab internship and ASCP certification, with prior lab experience preferred. Excellent attention to detail and adherence to CLIA protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in health related field, with lab internship.
• Must have ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Previous laboratory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory procedures according to protocols consistent with CLIA.
• Conducts chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic and diagnostic laboratory tests to assist physicians.
• Analyzes and documents test results and reports clinical findings.
• Performs specimen procurement, preparation and processing; operates and maintains equipment.
