Formación

• Associate degree in laboratory science or Bachelor’s degree in chemical/biological science (transcripts reviewed for eligibility).
• Equivalent lab training meeting CLIA 42CFR493.1489 or other criteria per 42CFR493.1489/1491.
• Certification maintenance for NV/CA where applicable.
• Phlebotomy competency demonstrated where applicable.
