Job summary

MobilexUSA is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30pm-12:00am) with rotating weekends and holidays. You will perform tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis and Coagulation, check QC, and enter results into the system. Strong attention to detail and precise work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree MT (ASCP) or an Associate Degree with MLT certification or an equivalent health science degree.
• One year experience in chemistry/hematology preferred but not required.
• Must qualify under CLIA as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician.
• Good planning and organizational skills desirable.
• Sound computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis and Coagulation.
• Checks QC of each test prior to reporting patient results.
• Enters results into the computer and ensures timely reporting.
