Job summary

Agiliti is hiring a Customer Service Technician I in Memphis, TN, to deliver and manage medical equipment across healthcare locations. You will educate customers on equipment usage and ensure accurate documentation for billing and inventory, while supporting a 24/7 service schedule.

The role requires lifting up to 75 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work daytime through late-evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers and retrieve equipment from customer locations.
• Educate customers on features and functionality of equipment during delivery.
• Complete paperwork and data entry accurately for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
