Agiliti is seeking a Customer Service Technician I in Hammond, LA to deliver and manage medical equipment for healthcare facilities. You will interact with customers at delivery, explain equipment features, and ensure accurate documentation for billing and inventory.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. This full-time role requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a 24/7 support schedule.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold a current, valid, unrestricted driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Have customer service experience; prior hospital setting is helpful.
• Have basic computer skills.
• Be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and be available for a 24/7 schedule.
• Be able to lift and push up to 75 pounds.
• Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Be able to bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver medical equipment to customers. Retrieve equipment from customer locations and return to the office.
• Educate and engage customers at delivery, explaining features and functionality of equipment.
• Complete all paperwork and data entry accurately and timely for billing, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
