Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking a Production Team Lead to oversee the manufacture and assembly of precision medical devices. You will run equipment, lead a crew, and ensure daily targets, safety, and quality standards are met.

You will review production workflows, analyze non-conformances, and train staff to maintain knowledge and skills. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and meet quality quotas.
• Able to read diagrams/blueprints and follow instructions precisely.
• Mechanically inclined with dexterity to use hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Open/close plant, report end-of-shift results, and handle emergencies.
• Create and update standard work procedures; monitor NCRs and training compliance.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Engineering to minimize downtime and resolve issues.
• Train operators and certify processes; drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
