Job summary

Hamilton Medical is seeking a Production Operator - Injection Molding to assemble precision medical devices. The role requires following schematics and precise instructions with excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Day shift runs from 7:00am to 3:30pm, with duties including routine production tasks and maintaining quality standards. The qualified candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience in manufacturing and reading diagrams.

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas.
• Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow written or verbal instructions.
• Mechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power tools.
• Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance.
• Adherence to product quality standards and procedures.
• Work in a production environment assembling medical devices according to blueprint/schematics.
• Interact with support groups and fellow employees.
• Use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery.
