Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking an onsite assembler for its Indiana facility. You will perform material handling and assembly of medical products in a team environment, following established procedures and documentation guidelines.

Clear communication with coworkers is essential, with daily work assignments and potential shift-specific duties. The position requires 1–2 years of education/work experience or a high school diploma/equivalent, with certification in the assigned area preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or An equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Certification in assigned area preferred

Responsibilities

• May perform assembly of medical devices as assigned. Perform all aspects of assembly learned through on-the-job training.
• May train others through on-the-job training. Accountable for trainee's quality of work (NCMR, Scrap, etc.) until trainee is signed-off in TRS.
• Perform TRS transactions.
• Understand and follow all BSC and GMP procedures required to perform work.
• Communicate with team members to problem solve and resolve issues.
• Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
• Ability to lift 20lbs on occasion.
