Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a materials/assembly worker for an onsite role with a 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM shift. You will assemble medical devices, train others, and ensure quality and compliance with GMP procedures. The position requires communication with teammates and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally, with relocation not included.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to established procedures, and daily duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment at our local facility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 Years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or An equivalent combination of education/work experience
• Certification in assigned area preferred

Responsibilities

• May perform assembly of medical devices as assigned. Perform all aspects of assembly learned through on-the-job training.
• May train others through on-the-job training. Accountable for trainee’s quality of work (NCMR, Scrap, etc.) until trainee is signed-off in TRS.
• Perform TRS transactions.
• Understand and follow all BSC and GMP procedures required to perform work.
• Communicate with team members to problem solve and resolve issues.
• Perform special assignments and other duties as required.
• Ability to lift 20lbs on occasion.
