Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 19 years of age with an active driver’s license for 3 years.
• Dependability and reliability are essential.
• Familiarity with technology and following procedures closely.
• Ability to determine efficient routing between multiple points.

Responsibilities

• Drive in a company-owned vehicle, transporting lab specimens, medical records, pharmaceuticals, x-rays, hospital supplies and related materials.
• Operate a hand-held scanning device to track items through the transportation cycle.
• Observe operating policies, procedures and service schedules.
• Present a professional image to clients and the public.
• Load and unload company vehicles with appropriate equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and courteous driving behavior.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean vehicle.
• Adapt to route changes as assigned by clients and business needs.
• Demonstrate teamwork and build a collaborative MedSpeed culture.
