Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our customers' buildings by performing the following duties. The position is scheduled for 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 3 hours per day, starting no later than 6:00 PM, with a pay rate of $15 per hour, including a downtown parking spot. Other duties may be assigned:

• Perform cleaning duties using provided products, tools, and procedures, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving chairs and equipment on wheels.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE as required.
• Clean all common areas such as kitchens, break rooms, lobbies, hallways, exam rooms, offices, and bathrooms.
• Place safety hazard signs, including 'wet floor' signs, as necessary.
• Previous experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals.
• Experience in professional janitorial services, office complexes, hotels, hospitals, or schools is advantageous.
• Must be flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and multitask effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude, be dependable, punctual, and in uniform, and show respect for coworkers and customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward. Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions and differentiate between cleaning products and their uses.
