Qualifications

• Must hold state certification to pass medications.
• Experience coordinating medication administration and assisting with ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medications for all assigned residents.
• Provide daily care including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate urgent needs and concerns clearly to the Health Care Director.
