Job summary

REPAY is seeking a Materials Handler in Coppell, TX to perform warehousing duties, inventory management, packaging, loading and unloading of USPS materials, and facility upkeep.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift certification (or willingness to obtain), and reliable attendance. You will support Inserter Operators, maintain accurate counts, and help keep the workspace clean and safe. Join a growth-minded team delivering timely mail processing.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Certified to operate a forklift or willing to obtain certification.
• Experience in a warehouse environment and material handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain client consumables and USPS inventory at workstation.
• Assist Inserter Operators to maintain mail processing efficiency and SLA.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and a clean, safe work area.
• Provide pre-staged consumables to Inserters as needed.
• Tray mail with correct tags and build pallets per USPS requirements.
• Wrap and secure pallets and relocate materials as required.
• Inspect consumables for damage and report discrepancies.
