Job summary

REPAY materials handler position in Coppell, TX, second shift, involves warehousing duties, inventory management, packaging, and loading/unloading USPS materials at the facility located in Coppell.

You will support Inserter operations, maintain accurate counts, and keep the workspace clean and safe while meeting USPS requirements. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and precise handling of consumables.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand/bend repeatedly throughout the shift.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred but not required.
• Certified to operate a forklift or willing to obtain a forklift certification.
• Steel toed shoes are required for each shift.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently and stand/walk for the duration of a shift.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain client consumables and USPS inventory at workstation.
• Assist Insert Operators in keeping mail processing through the Inserter as efficiently as possible while meeting SLA deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment to reduce the risk of accidents and injuries.
• Perform housekeeping activities such as cleaning and maintenance of the Operations facility and/or the insertion area
• Provide pre-staged consumables to the Insert Operators as needed.
• Accurately traying mail with the correct tray tags.
• Build pallets neatly and organized to meet USPS requirements.
• Utilize methods such as shrink wrapping or strapping to ensure that pallets are secure
• Clean and maintain an organized workstation.
• Assist in relocating materials and reconfigure consumable locations
• Inspect consumables for damage or defects and report discrepancies to Supervisors
• Prepare completed mail for QOS & USPS inspection as required.
