Job summary

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies in Minnesota is hiring a Material Handling Coordinator to support the Molding unit. You will count, issue, stage and store raw materials, subcomponents, finished goods, and supplies, and help train new employees in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

This role requires 3 years of material handling experience, ERP system proficiency, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3 years of material handling experience.
• 3 to 5 years experience utilizing an ERP system to track inventory movements throughout a facility.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around oils & solvents.
• Ability to read, comprehend, follow, and document work instructions, SOPs, and training documents.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Count, inspect, issue, and stage material for production jobs.
• Train & mentor new employees.
• Count verification activities and inventory reconciliation.
• Perform inventory movement including storing raw materials in ERP-based locations.
• Organize and cycle count raw material, sub components, finished goods, and supplies.
• Assist in other warehouse areas when required.
