Louis Industries, Inc. is seeking a night shift helper in Minnesota to handle steel materials and scrap, separate parts from laser-cut skeletons, and package items securely.

The role requires forklift operation, adherence to safety and quality standards, and basic tool handling on a full-time, on-site basis. With 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred, the candidate will work on the second shift and may participate in quarterly bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Second (Evening) shift is available.

Responsibilities

• Handle assorted steel raw material and steel scrap.
• Separate parts from laser-cut skeletons and stack onto pallets.
• Package parts using banding or shrink wrap.
• Safely operate forklift to load/unload material and move parts.
• Occasionally kit parts sent to welding.
• Operate small hand and power tools.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and equipment.
• Follow all safety regulations and ensure quality conformance.
