Job summary

Louis Industries in central Minnesota seeks General Laborers to support production operations by separating, handling, and staging parts throughout the manufacturing process. You will ensure parts are properly processed and tracked in ERP systems, contributing to safe, efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing, production or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, cranes, or production equipment preferred (as applicable to role).
• Familiarity with ERP systems or production tracking systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Separate and stage parts according to job requirements to support production flow.
• Package, palletize, move and organize materials for downstream operations.
• Safely operate forklifts and production equipment; perform basic checks.
• Maintain clean, organized work area; follow safety policies and continuous improvement practices.
• Cross-train across multiple processes and adapt to changing priorities.
