Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is hiring a 2nd shift Material Handler in Hesston, KS. The role includes operating a forklift, stocking parts by hand, counting parts, and driving trucks as needed. You will also flatten cardboard and update records in the Freedom system.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The shift runs 2:30pm–10:30pm with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with inventory control and part identification.
• Forklift operator certification or permit preferred.
• Ability to follow supervisor/lead instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift or stock parts by hand depending on assignment.
• Stock and move parts to designated locations in the warehouse.
• Count parts and update inventory in Freedom system.
• Drive truck or yard truck as needed.
• Crush cardboard and manage packaging waste.
• Participate in safety, quality and goals with the team.
