Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/ technical education with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Applies semi-advanced skills and may adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, etc.
• Experience performing daily tasks with minimal supervision and moderate direction.
• Relies on moderate experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.
• Solves moderately complex problems.
• Assists in orienting, training, and checking the work of staff.

Responsibilities

• Monitor kitting racks, drop zones, and hardware flow; manage shortages and routing to work cells.
• Perform line flow and WIP audits to verify material placement and identify aged material discrepancies.
• Support material tracking via PRISM and Raytrak; submit SOS tickets for expedited items; handle returns and discrepancy investigations.
• Oversee logistics activities; organize kits; validate contents; move materials via carts or pallet jacks.
