Job summary

Ab Electrolux in Springfield, TN is seeking a Factory Supply Chain Tech (Materials) to support daily warehouse and line-side material operations, ensuring timely delivery of components to point-of-use.

You will coordinate material availability, monitor inventory accuracy, and drive Lean 5S and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in materials management, warehouse ops, logistics, or inventory control.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production lines through coordination of availability, pickup, staging, delivery and line-side replenishment.
• Support daily warehouse ops including picking, kitting, staging, inventory movement and line feeding with high accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy via system transactions, cycle counts, investigations and reconciliations.
• Identify and escalate material shortages and supply risks to prevent production disruptions.
• Assist in executing daily material plans aligned with production schedules.
