Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN seeks a Factory Supply Chain Tech (Materials) to support daily warehouse operations and ensure timely delivery of components to line-side usage. You will bridge execution and planning, assisting in material flow, inventory control, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory control.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Proficiency with ERP, WMS, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production lines by coordinating material availability, picking, staging, delivery, and line-side replenishment activities.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including picking, kitting, staging, inventory movement, and line feeding with high accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain inventory record accuracy through system transactions, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve material shortages and supply risks to prevent production disruptions.
